Stock availability

Please note that if an item's stock level is 4 or less, we highly recommend you contact us prior to ordering to confirm stock availability.

Our stock ships directly from warehouses located in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Delivery and shipping

Due to excessive ordering errors, South Coast Technology no longer offers pickup for online orders.

All orders are sent by courier with a signature required on delivery.

Please specify a delivery address that:

• you will be present at during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm), and
• is a physical address - we will not deliver to PO boxes as we require a signature on delivery for your order.

We reserve the right to charge failed delivery attempts to the credit card used on your order. In the case where Direct Deposit is used as your payment method, we will invoice you for the failed delivery attempt charges incurred.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet these conditions. If we cancel your order, we will refund your order in full.

As we use more than one distributor to fulfil orders, if you order a variety of products, your order may come in more than one shipment.

Order processing

We endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, in accordance with your selected shipping option.

Order processing involves verifying your order, stock allocation, fraud prevention measures and preparation/transfer of stock for shipment or pickup.

If your order is placed during standard business hours, it will usually be processed the same working day.

If your order is placed outside of standard business hours (outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, AEST), it will be processed the next working day.

Credit card surcharges

There is no additional surcharge to pay using Visa or Mastercard.

Fraud prevention measures

South Coast Technology strongly supports the credit card security and privacy of our customers. Our business has fraud prevention measures in place. We reserve the right to delay, investigate, ask for alternative payment or cancel any order, where our fraud prevention measures deem necessary.

Returns

South Coast Technology advises our customers to please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

We operate under the returns guidelines of Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading.

Security capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

South Coast Technology's servers do not store credit card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Your credit card details are submitted securely with at least 128-bit SSL encryption to our payment gateway provider.
